Life Revealed In Nature

I'm a Life Model, a Biker, a SCUBA Diver, a Sailor, a Snowboarder, a Skier, a Walker and other things besides. But above all else, I am a Naturist. Its come to define what I want from life and how I want to lead my life. And yet I came to it quite by accident.

I had a day to kill in southern Spain before returning from a track day holiday. Looking for somewhere to walk I discovered the Cabo de Gata Nature Reserve. I stopped for lunch at a beach. When I realised it was a naturist beach, my first thought was "they won't mind, I'm minding my own business". Almost immediately it occurred to me "why on earth not?". I spent the rest of the day naked. For days after my mind was buzzing. It had been a far more powerful experience than I would have expected, uplifting in a way I had never experienced.

Over the past few years, the voyage of discovery has continued. I’ve lived for weeks at a time as a naturist. Walked and run hundreds of miles on beaches in Britain, France, Spain , the canaries and Cuba. Explored the back-country and coastlines of France, Spain, Tenerife, Fuerteventura and Lanzarote. Socialised extensively within the naturist community.

I’ve found naturism to be the cure for a disease I didn’t even know I had. I now view my old state of mind as an escaped prisoner would view prison. I’m not going back there ever again. I have promised myself that, for the rest of my life, I will live and work as naturally as I can manage.
